I use the Gottman Method, which is a a structured, research-based approach designed to help partners increase intimacy, respect, and affection while effectively managing conflict. This, together with a Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) framework, helps couples to:

- Work through conflict
- Rebuild trust
- Strengthen emotional connection
Parent and Family Support
Children do not exist in isolation. They are deeply influenced by the relationships and environments around them. Family counselling focuses on understanding and strengthening the family system, working together to navigate challenges and create lasting change.
